We want you to love your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn Peloton Apparel items with original tags attached. Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific pieces you wish to return or exchange and select the reason to generate your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
